Each classroom is led by an experienced Association Montessori Internationale graduate specializing in the precise developmental level being served. The AMI certificate is the highest standard available for Montessori teacher accreditation. All AGM guides have completed on site training with internationally recognized trainers of trainers and have fulfilled a minimum of two hundred professional observation hours. Additionally, all of our team members fulfill university accredited, continuing education course work annually.

Association Montessori Internationale was founded by Dr. Maria Montessori in 1929. Our headquarters remains in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Advanced Method Elementary

Our advanced method elementary classroom is led by an internationally recognized guide who has practiced worldwide since the latter nineteen eighties and holds graduate level A.M.I. diplomas for both Primary and Elementary levels. Ms. Williams is passionately committed to her work on behalf of the whole child. She has completed studies in pre-medicine for a nursing BSN, holds BA diplomas in both Psychology and Philosophy and has completed graduate studies for Psychology.

When not in the classroom Ms. Williams enjoys walking “Watson”, hiking, reading, gardening, cooking, and her piano.

Primary 3-6 classroom

Ashton studied with the late Dr. Annette Haines and Dr. Larry Quade at the Montessori Training Center of St. Louis for three years. She holds the Association Montessori Internationale primary, 3-6+ graduate diploma. Additionally, she enjoys horsemanship as an accomplished equestrian and is an exceptionally gifted visual artist.

Ashton studies Fine Arts at University of Louisiana and is a graduate of ESA locally.
